Zachary Najera - Founder
Zack is a home-grown Odessan with 12+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry. Zack got his start in the oil & gas industry working on a pulling unit and then went on to run down hole tools. Zack started from the bottom and worked his way up gaining knowledge, experience and intangible relationships along the way. Zack knew what it took to take care of his customers and had the strong work ethic that is his Mother instilled in him when he was young. In 2016 Zack joined Brian, Nobby and Hunter in Co-Founding Crude Energy Services with the vision to become the standard for rental equipment in the well-head service side of the industry. The collective group has done exactly what it set out to do; exceed the customers standard in every aspect of doing business. In his free time Zack likes to spend quality time traveling with his wife Nicole and daughter Dylan.
Norbert “Nobby” Grona – Founder
Nobby was born and raised in Odessa, Tx. He started as a mechanic while going to college to earn his Associates degree in Business Management. While in college he jumped into the hotshot business, driving for other companies. He graduated with his associates in 2005 and shortly after bought his own truck. That’s when everything started to change because shortly after he started his own company, Nobsters Hotshot in 2007.
He continued to grow the company and thats when he met Brian. They realized that they had the same ideas and dreams; they came up with the idea of starting a wellhead company. They finally joined together in 2016 alongside Hunter and Zack to form what is now known as Crude Energy Services.
Brian Pearson - Founder
Brian has been in the oil field services business since 2001. Brian and Hunter joined with Nobby and Zack in 2016 to start what is now Crude Energy Services.
As a field tech Brian learned the dedication and work ethic needed to show the customer that he was willing to push himself as hard and as long as it took to get the job completed. As a sales rep and a manager, he learned how to get the best product at the lowest cost possible for the customer. (Keeping most expense on original AFE)
Hunter Blackwood – Founder
Hunter began working on in the oil & gas industry shortly after high school. Even though Hunter’s just a pup he has worked from the Utica and Marcellus to the Permian basin.
Hunter planted his roots in the Permian in 2015 never knowing he was in it for the long haul! Hunter started working in the wellhead and frac division where he was placed in the shop to learn the ins and outs of the equipment that he would be working with. Once Hunter was dispatched out on his first service call, he hit the ground running; wanting to be the most honest, dependable, hardworking & loyal man he can be. Hunter didn’t realize he was a part of a bigger plan to be a part of starting what is now known as Crude Energy Services from the ground up. Hunter worked countless hours alongside Brian during the start-up of Crude Energy, even before Crude Energy was Crude Energy. Hunter is a proud father of 2 little Texas baby girls that he spends any of his free time with, wishing they were fishing. Hunter is ready to push himself, his family and Crude to the best they can be.
